For anyone intersted we have 2 spare tickets for the Cinderford pre-match lunch.

For your £20 you will get a 3 course meal, entry to the match (and seating area) as well as a free match programme. A bargain if you ask me. Meet up between 12:30pm and 1pm in the players bar. Oh I forget to mention that you will also get the undivided attention of DavidW and Win0 at no extra cost.

If anyone is interested please PM me.

Bay,

Out of interest, have any travelling Cind supporters reserved (or is it a exclusively Bay)?

Committee as you would expect, but not supporters. Cant remember the Cinderford lot as the most welcoming bunch to be honest. On par with Lydney regarding their attitude to visiting supporters.

Cinderford fans were most unwelcoming, in my opinion.  We shall have to show them how it should be done.

..have read your forum with interest for a couple of days and was thinking of coming down to watch the game this weekend but am not so sure anymore after reading the comments about Cinderford supporters.. Can't remember that the Bay's supports were very talkative and friendy when they visited Cinderford...but maybe that had something to do with the final   score... ;o) What would you do to make me feel welcome?

Its got nothing to do with the result, ask Ealing how we react to losing, the comments coming from your guys were bang out of order on both sides of the pitch.

Merlin - I am sorry to hear that.Unfortunately there are always some people that have to open their mouth even though they shouldn't...most of them do not have a clue about rugby so they do not know what they talk about anyway.I am not one of them and I hope you don't base your opinion of Cinderford supporters on some stupid comments you've heard. Most of us only want to enjoy a good game and perhaps a pint..or several Unfortunatley I will not be able to come down to watch the game but I am sure it will be a good one as two good teams are playing.Best of luck and enjoy tomorrow.Hope you have found someone to do the Forum Score so I can follow the game on-line...

Point taken Fallow Deer but as a regular to away games i have had some good banter and knowledgable chats after the game with many people from the opposition, this was not the case at Cinderford.Moan over now, lets hope as you say it's a good game tomorrow and may the best team win.

Do the business in the play-off and we'll get you a pasty and pint here next year!  Make yourself known again then.  As a local 'derby' (almost) it would be good to keep fighting to the pitch (and within those pesky rules).  Good luck FD!
