Hoping to go, mate. Should make this a point at the AGM, re: organising transport for the day ETC.

It is not necesssary to understand things in order to argue about them.

Apparently some confusion over KO time; there's now a suggestion it may be 5.30PM, after the England game?
Clarification expected tomorrow...

Lot of discussion on the Albion board about the Devon final at mid-day and complaints about tickets only available through ticketmaster, priced £35-£55,as both County finals are being played before the England-Baa Baa's fixture, not sure how this will effect the crowd.

Thanks Bill, hopefully that will mean that tickets will be cheaper then if we don't have to stay for the England game?

No Leicester, Wasps or Bath players in the England team; can the RFU be sued under the Trades Descrïptions Act?
No wonder you have to buy a ticket for all 3 games; I wonder if the Duchy getting to the final has caused the change in policy , or did the CRFU just get it wrong first time [surely not]?

Final Score..Cornwall 11 Northumberland 25.Anyone know why Matt Jess did'nt play?.These geordie boys seem to be a handful,we will have to watch them carefully.Sam Parsons is going to be a very astute signing Skippy, put himself about as soon as he came on.Time for a rest now lads, recharge those batteries ready for pre-season training.

One of the things about the regionalisation of D3 is that there is no way of comparing the clubs from either division and even the play off isn't too much of a guide. Perhaps Northumberland had the advantage of a better understanding between players? In any case, for the two most geographically divergent counties in the country to meet at Twickenham is a good advert for the game at county level.

I'm obviously delighted for Northumberland, but don't for one minute imagine that this is in any way a predictor of how games between the NE and Cornish teams will go in ND2 next season. Bring them on, I say!

...and just about the next furthest apart were in the other final. Anyone know how it is going/went? Normally I would be cheering on  Yorkshire's opposition but with Mong (of Beverley) being in the squad I am rooting for them.

Yorkshire won at a canter apparently, 33-13, see report on RFU site http://www.rfu.com/index.cfm/fuseaction/RFUHome.Community_Detail/StoryID/20089

Has Plymouths tactics stamped all over it i'm afraid. Those tactics havent worked for Albion all year and they have no plan B. Devon went down the same path.

Apparently Jess signed for Exeter, who wouldn't release him.  That information was from radio dreckly though, who seem under the impression that Sam Parsons is still a CPs player!

I think I shall stick to what I'm good at and, as soon as I can work out what that is, I shall stick to it!

Dreckly once again were useless. They didnt have a clue of which clubs the players had signed for, so clearly hadnt done their homework. Worst of all having their news breaks just as a team were going to score and how is a man supposed to pass his time on a Sunday morning run with coverage as interrupted as that. When are they going to take their coverage seriously. Poor effort
Bet they dont have breaks like that when the Wenbyball is being covered in a Western League division 35 game.
