I think you'll find that he had already promised to do a couple of sessions for Redruth and hasn't actually joined their coaching staff.

I heard an interview with him a few weeks back, he said he would be rambling around the country from club to club (Evo-nesque) before commiting long term to a[hopefully] GP club (he said).  I wouldn't read too much into this. It'd be good for the Reds tho, they've got a big game against Blaydon this weekend, hopefully this has perked them up a bit after last week.

Im sure Bill will give us the full S.P. on this, once again controversial posting from messenger. As TDH says it will be good for the Reds to have the experience of Jim on board, even if it is only for a while.

Especially against Blaydon, who apparently are Newcastle Falcons second team, they have so many on loan.

Keep Nat Div 2 national.

Hell of a game yesterday as well, great running rugby fom both sides.  Great that Jim is helping out, eases the workload on Nigel a bit.

Looks like three Cornish sides in National 2 next season.  I'm especially looking forward to visiting Redruth although i'll have to go in disguise if I want to leave in one piece!  I'll wear my Bay shirt, that should confuse the slack-jawed chumps.

More likely the scorer ran out of fingers; probably at about 17, from what I remember of Redruth!

I may well get a warm welcome on that momentous occasion, luckily the fire station is close by.
