Strong rumors of Redruth signing a new fly half and a new forward soon.

I expect the forward will be Mr Carrol returning, unfortunately.

In the Cornwall Independent there is talk of Richard Carrolls imminent return to Redruth as a player-forwards coach so that should be interesting, suggest they may a few yellow cards flying around there then. Mark Scrivener returns back to Redruth from a spell at the All blacks.

Are you suggesting that Mr. Carroll sometimes infringes the rules?.

I would never say it to his face of course. But I am sure the Redruth forwards will be well aware of the dark arts in the back row, unless he mellows over the summer. He had a good season in terms of yellow cards with us, but he still had a 5 match suspension to serve at the end of the day.

Simple question Bay would you want him in your squad or the oppositions squad, I know what I would prefer.

Of course we would keep him, but that is out of our hands now. A great performer for the club last season, giving that cutting edge.

I once saw Newlyn Boy at the bottom of Causewayhead - that doesn't mean he's joined civilisation

Cornwall independent and WMN today .They have also signed Cambone No 8 David Roberts. Also mentioed Scrivener an Carroll, to say that they were hoping to sign them later this week. As we have seen recently things can change in a day never mind a week when Lanson are around.
