Kiwi fly half/full back Scott Ireland has re-signed for the CAB's and will be back at Polson in October after he has finished playing NPC rugby in New Zealand for Taranaki.

It seems to me as the Boys from Bay who went to CABS wont get a look in next season, should have stayed with the best boys

CAB's will be announcing another signing tonight which Jon Hill is very excited about. Can I just say that if anyone would like the corporate treatment when you come to Lanson please let me know as bookings for your fixture and the reds will sell fast. Already recieved some bookings for the Bay game.

Bay, you're being ageist again!  From where I'm sitting, chronologically he's a mere stripling....

Of course you were Wino? When did you believe you were Wino? You need a psychotherapist, mate.

Problem is BoP, does he need the psychotherapist more because he is Wino or because he thinks he's Wino?  smile/hapface01.gif

Will be interesting games with Mounts Bay next season.  I wonder how many of the Mounts Bay old boys will be playing against us.  Will be very strange watching them batting for the other side.

Launceston have denied signing Mal Roberts but expect an announcement soon on Glen Remnant (Cambridge).  He played for Eastern Counties on Sat., good player.

From the WMN article last Friday:

Quote :

Remnant's career has seen him ply his trade for a number of teams around the world. He started off in his homeland where he played for the Bay of Plenty and the Waikato Chiefs, and his support of the former has seen him become a member of the famous "Bay of Plenty Mafia" supporters club.

So Glen Remnant is a member of the BP eh?  What's he doing playing for the CABs then?
